Effective September 27, 2026. These terms cover the ClickPop website, ClickPop Studio, the API, and the MCP connector.
These terms are a contract between you and ClickPop, the operator of the service. Contact hello@clickpop.ai. They are written in plain language for the product as it works today. Other laws, and the terms of networks and providers you use, still apply.
Agreement
By creating an account, connecting a social account, paying for a plan, or calling the API or the MCP connector with an API key, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use ClickPop for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not connect a platform. You can read these terms and the privacy policy without an account.
The service
ClickPop is an AI video and influencer studio. ClickPop Studio is the signed-in product. You can describe a fictional character, generate scripts, images, and videos, upload product photos and logos, save a brand profile, schedule posts, and publish to social accounts you connect. Developers can use the REST API and the MCP connector with an API key from the API keys page.
Features, models, and prices can change. We will show current plan prices on the pricing page and in Billing. We do not promise that a particular model, network, or feature will remain available.
Who can use ClickPop
You must be at least 13 years old. Signup asks for a date of birth, and ClickPop blocks a date of birth that makes the person under 13. You must be able to agree to these terms. If a law where you live requires a parent or guardian to agree for someone your age, you may use ClickPop only with that agreement.
The 13-year check is the account rule. The studio also applies content rules: human characters are treated as fictional adults, 21 or older in the builder, and the product is built for fictional characters who are fully clothed. Those are rules about what you may generate. They are not a second age requirement for holding an account.
Accounts
You need an account to use ClickPop Studio. You can sign up with email and a password, or with Google, Microsoft, or GitHub. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping the sign-in and any API key under your control.
Give accurate account information. The email on the account is how we match a privacy or deletion request. One person should not open extra accounts to evade a limit, a suspension, or a credit rule.
The only email ClickPop sends for the account is the verification message. We do not run a marketing or waitlist list from signup.
Acceptable use
You will not use ClickPop to:
Depict, imitate, or voice a real, identifiable person, including a celebrity or a private individual, unless you have that person’s documented permission.
Create sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that sexualizes a minor. Human characters the studio generates are fictional adults.
Create nudity or sexual content. The product is built for fictional characters who are fully clothed.
Present an AI character as a real customer, patient, or expert, or invent reviews, results, or health, financial, or legal claims you cannot support.
Harass, defraud, or impersonate, or post content that breaks the law or a social network’s rules.
Bypass safety checks, rate limits, credit limits, or a suspension, or use an automated process to create accounts in bulk.
Probe, scrape, or disrupt the service except through the documented API and MCP connector, using a key on your own account.
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and posts. Uploading a photo or logo you do not have rights to is your responsibility. Copyright notices are handled on the Copyright notices page.
Your content and the license we need
You keep your rights in the prompts, scripts, captions, uploads, characters, and other material you submit (“Input”), and, as between you and ClickPop, in the images and videos the service generates for you (“Output”), to the extent the law allows a right in that material. ClickPop does not claim ownership of your Input or Output.
You give ClickPop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit Input and Output only to operate the service you asked for: rendering, keeping your library, applying a brand card, scheduling, and publishing to an account you connected. The license lasts while the content is in the studio. When you delete the content, or when we complete deletion of the account, the license ends for that content, except for a post already delivered to a social network and records we must keep for billing, security, or a legal duty.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit Input and to publish Output, including rights in product photos, logos, and any reference image. You will not upload someone else’s copyrighted image, trademark, or likeness unless you are allowed to.
ClickPop does not use your Input or Output to train a model of its own. Rendering and writing send the material needed for that job to the providers named in the Privacy Policy.
AI output
Output is generated by third-party models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to material other people generate. Some places do not grant a copyright in purely machine-generated material, so ClickPop cannot promise that Output is unique or that you own a copyright in it. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish it or rely on it.
Output is also subject to the terms of the model providers the request is routed to, including Segmind for image and video generation and OpenRouter for text requests such as scripts and captions.
Labeling and disclosures
Characters and videos from ClickPop are AI-generated. You must label them where the platform and the law require a label. When ClickPop writes a caption for a post, it includes an AI-generated disclosure. Do not strip a label a platform requires.
If a post is a paid partnership, sponsorship, or affiliate promotion, you must disclose that in the way the law and the platform require, including advertising rules such as the FTC Endorsement Guides where they apply. ClickPop does not make that disclosure for you beyond the AI line included in captions.
Social networks, including Meta
Connecting Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or any other network is optional. If you connect one, you authorize ClickPop, through its publishing provider Post for Me, to publish the posts you select to that account. The permission requested is permission to publish posts. What we store, and how to disconnect, is described in the Privacy Policy.
You must follow the terms and policies of each network you use. For Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, that includes Meta’s terms, community standards, and platform policies. ClickPop is not Meta, and a connection does not make ClickPop your agent for anything except the posts you ask the studio, the API, or the MCP connector to publish.
You are responsible for every post sent from an account you connect, including a scheduled or automated post. You can pause or delete a schedule in Automations. You can delete a post from the studio list on the Social page. A post that is already live on the network stays there until you remove it on that network.
ClickPop Studio does not include a disconnect button. To disconnect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or another network, email hello@clickpop.ai with the subject “Disconnect social account”. You can also remove access in the network’s own settings.
Networks can reject a post, expire a login, change their rules, or limit reach. ClickPop does not guarantee views, followers, distribution, or monetization. Instagram posting needs a Business or Creator account.
API and MCP connector
The REST API and the MCP connector are part of the service. You create a key on the API keys page. The secret is shown once. We store only a hash, a prefix, and the last four characters. You will keep keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with your keys, including calls an agent or MCP client makes.
The MCP connector can list your account, models, characters, videos, products, and connected social accounts, and it can create characters, videos, schedules, and posts when the key is used to call those tools. Publishing still goes only to accounts you connected and only for the post the call requests. Do not point an agent at a key you do not control.
API and MCP use is subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of any social network a call publishes to. We may rate-limit or revoke a key that is abused, shared publicly, or used to break these terms. Lost keys cannot be recovered. Revoke a key and create a new one.
Credits and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe. The Billing page states the price as a monthly amount and that the plan renews monthly until you cancel. You cancel, and you manage the card, from Billing, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation take effect on the next billing cycle, as described on the pricing page.
A plan adds credits when the invoice is paid. Unused plan credits roll over, up to three months of that plan’s monthly grant. A top-up is a one-time credit purchase. Top-up credits stay on the account until you spend them. Credits are held when a render is queued and returned if the render fails. When the balance reaches zero, rendering stops. There is no overage charge.
Prices are the prices shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Fees are charged by Stripe in the amount you confirm. Fees are not refunded except where the law requires a refund. Returning credits for a failed render is not a cash refund.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. It does not delete your account or your content. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension
We may remove content, pause a schedule, revoke an API key, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates a security risk, or generates content we are required to remove. Where we can, we will tell you by the email on the account. We may suspend first when the harm is ongoing. We may report illegal content to the authorities when the law requires it.
You may stop using ClickPop at any time. Closing the account is done by email, as described in the privacy policy, because the studio does not have a delete-account control.
Copyright notices
If you believe material in ClickPop copies a work you own, send a notice as described on the Copyright notices page, to hello@clickpop.ai. That page is a contact path. It does not register anyone as a copyright agent, and these terms do not claim that a registration has been filed.
Disclaimers
ClickPop is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that Output will be accurate, or that a social network will accept or distribute a post.
AI output is not professional advice. Do not treat a script or a video as medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for claims you publish.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ClickPop and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost followers, even if we were told those damages were possible. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid ClickPop in the three months before the claim.
These limits apply to the extent the law allows. If a law where you live does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
You will indemnify ClickPop against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from Input you submit, Output you publish, a social account you connect, or your breach of these terms or of a network’s terms, except to the extent the claim is caused by ClickPop’s own breach of these terms.
Disputes
These terms do not name a court, a state, a country, or an arbitration provider. If a dispute arises, it will be handled under the laws that apply to the operator of ClickPop, without using conflict-of-law rules to send the dispute somewhere else. If a law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
Before filing a claim, email hello@clickpop.ai with a short description of the dispute and give us 30 days to respond. That request does not waive a right that must be filed sooner.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, the effective date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of an account, a connected social account, or an API key after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and email us to close the account.
