FAQ and content rules
Content rules
In plain words, you can't use ClickPop to:
- Show, imitate or voice a real person, famous or private, without their documented permission.
- Make sexual content or nudity, or anything that sexualizes a minor.
- Pass off an AI character as a real customer, patient or expert, or invent reviews, results, or health, money or legal claims.
- Harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, or break the law or a network's rules.
- Get around safety checks, rate limits, credit limits or a suspension.
Requests that break these rules are refused. The full rules are in the Terms.
Questions
Do I have to label videos as AI?
Yes. Every clip ClickPop makes is AI-generated. Label it as AI when you post it; most networks require this for realistic video. Mark paid partnerships as ads.
Can I use a real person's face or voice?
Only with that person's documented permission. Character Swap, lip sync and recast ask you to confirm you have the rights to every face, body and voice you upload.
Who can use ClickPop?
Adults. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
What happens if a render fails?
The credits held for it are returned automatically. You only pay for videos that finish.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.
Do unused credits expire?
Plan credits roll over for a while (see Get started); top-up credits never expire.
Someone used my work without permission. What do I do?
Send a notice through the Copyright notices page at clickpop.ai/dmca and we will act on it.
How do I get help?
